🌸 CHALLENGE 139 🌸
Known. Loved. Chosen. • Mind • Body • Soul
August 15–21, 2026 | Psalm 139:13–18
“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
Psalm 139:14 KJV
Week Three brings us to one of the most beloved truths in Psalm 139: we are fearfully and wonderfully made. These words are more than a compliment. They are a declaration that our lives carry the intention, wisdom, and craftsmanship of God.
Many women have learned to criticize their bodies, compare their journeys, and question their worth. This week, we will practice gratitude instead of rejection. Honoring the body God made does not require perfection; it begins with recognizing that His work is wonderful.
🌸 Our Seven-Day Journey
Day 15 — August 15: Formed by God
Read Psalm 139:13. Your life is not random. God was present and purposeful from the beginning.
Reflect: What quality, gift, or part of your story can you thank God for today?
Day 16 — August 16: Praise Instead of Criticism
Read Psalm 139:14. The psalmist responds to God’s workmanship with praise.
Action: Look into a mirror and name three things about yourself for which you are grateful—without adding a criticism afterward.
Day 17 — August 17: My Body Is Worth Caring For
Being wonderfully made invites us to care for ourselves with patience rather than punishment.
Action: Choose one nourishing act today: drink water, take a gentle walk, rest, stretch, or prepare a balanced meal.
Day 18 — August 18: Known Before Others Saw Me
Read Psalm 139:15. God saw you even when you were hidden from every human eye.
Reflect: Which human opinion have you allowed to carry more weight than God’s knowledge of you?
Day 19 — August 19: My Days Matter
Read Psalm 139:16. Your days are a gift to steward, not a competition to win.
Action: Identify one meaningful priority for this season and give it thirty focused minutes.
Day 20 — August 20: Precious Thoughts
Read Psalm 139:17. God’s thoughts toward you are precious and abundant.
Reflect: How would you speak to yourself today if you truly believed God’s thoughts toward you were precious?
Day 21 — August 21: Still With God
Read Psalm 139:18. At the end of the day and at the beginning of the next, God remains with you.
Action: End your day by placing your hand over your heart and thanking God for carrying you through this week.
